We aim to reply within one US business day. For [security]we triage same-day if the message arrives during business hours. We don’t have an SLA for free-tier inquiries; paying customers get priority.
03.Things you can do without emailing us
- Refund a Single Glow-Up within 24 hours of purchase from your order page.
- Cancel your Studio subscription from /account/billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
- Reset your password at /forgot-password.
- Read the data policy if you’re asking what happens to your URL.
04.Press, partnerships, legal
All of these go to team@websitemaxxing.com with a clear subject. We’ll route from there. We don’t maintain separate contact addresses; one inbox is faster than three.
